Perhaps they are still creating the world and their are areas of the plane which they have not completed. Once contact with others is established, heroes of other races may join the campaign.Ģ) Deities freely mingle with and alter the outcome of mortal affairs, taking forms similar to those they have created. All characters would begin as human, and this would be the only race assumed to exist until others are found. None of the races have had contact with each other and may exist in completely different areas of the world. No one race has dominance or limitations based on race, yet. Humans are just as old as elves and orcs. The world is only a few years old so the races have had little time to ponder their existence and leave their little enclaves. Here's a few details I'm contemplating:ġ) No half-breed races. I enjoy the wilderness and archaic feeling of Conan's adventures and would like to make a world where the Gods have "recently" created everything. If you're a sorceror or arch druid, summon the unit - the summons are in the global spells tab.I've been kicking around an idea for a while of making an Ancients Campaign. The last unlock is your tier IV unit (or, if you're an arch druid, you can get tier IV units by casting Summon Gargantuan Animal, which is the penultimate step on the research tree).Ģ) Any class but the sorceror and the arch druid need their class specific building in a city they want to produce their class specific units from, including tier IV.ģ) Produce the unit. That kind of research is not random, unlike most of the rest. Here's what to do in very simple terms as I don't know how much you know and keeping in mind that I might be wrong about the game allowing you to build them:ġ) Research all the unit unlocks for your class.
It also seems unlikely that the game would give your enemy the ability to produce as many tier IV as it wants and limit you to tier III units, so I'm guessing you should be able to build them. I haven't played the dreadnought campaign yet, but I've yet to encounter a mission where I couldn't build tier IV units.
Right now I have to run around and try to split apart the packs of tier 4 units (or tier 4 units with ) with my inferior tier 3 units because the stat difference between tier 3 and tier 4 is absolutely massive. Originally posted by Artemis:That's a little disapponting.
